Click "Load PDF" in the top bar and select your blank comic strip PDF. The first page loads automatically. Use the arrow buttons to navigate pages. Your blank comic strip can be up to 150 pages.
If your blank comic strip has clickable tabs or hyperlinks built in (like month tabs on the side), those work automatically. Tap any tab to jump directly to that page. Planners without hyperlinks use the arrow buttons for page-by-page navigation.
Select the Text tool (T icon) from the toolbar, then double-click anywhere on the page to place a new text box. Type your entry. The color picker label changes to "Text Color" when the text tool is active. Pick a color before placing a text box, or click an existing text box and change the color to update it. Switch to the pointer tool (arrow) to drag text boxes around. Hover over any text box and click the X to delete it.
Select the Write tool (pen icon) from the toolbar. This is the tool that works with your stylus, digital pen, finger, or mouse. Write directly on any page. Adjust thickness with the Size slider and pick a color with the Color picker. Use the Eraser tool to remove strokes, or "Clear Writing" to wipe the entire page's handwriting.
Click the "Stickers" button in the toolbar to open the sticker panel. The Emoji tab has a built-in library of emoji you can place directly on your pages. The My Stickers tab lets you upload your own PNG sticker images (up to 20). Click any item to place it, then switch to the pointer tool (arrow) to drag it into position. Use the corner handle to resize. Hover over a sticker and click the X to delete it. Keep sticker uploads reasonable -- too many large images can slow things down.
Click "Print Page" to print the current page with all your entries, writing, and stickers included. A print preview opens in a new tab. If your browser blocks the pop-up, allow pop-ups for this page and try again.
Your entries save automatically to your browser's local storage. On desktop (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) your data stays indefinitely -- it will be there next week, next month, or next year, as long as you do not clear your browser data.
Important for tablet users: Safari on iPad may automatically clear stored data after 7 days of not opening the blank comic strip. If you use Safari on a tablet, open your blank comic strip at least once a week, or use the Export button to back up your data. Chrome on any device does not have this limitation.
Private/incognito browsing does not save anything. Always use a normal browser window.
The "Clear All Data" button in the toolbar erases everything -- all entries, writing, stickers, and your loaded blank comic strip. This cannot be undone. Use this when you want to start over completely or load a different planner.
Click "Export" to download a backup of all your data as a JSON file. This is a data backup for safekeeping, not a visual PDF. You can use this to restore your work if you ever need to clear your browser.
Toggle dark mode using the switch in the top bar. Your preference is saved.
A digital blank comic strip that runs right in your web browser. No apps needed.
Use the toggle in Book Settings to switch between single page (legal pad style) and two-page spread view.
Yes. Saves automatically. On Safari/iPad, open at least once a week.
If stickers or writing carry over, tap "Clear All Data" to start fresh.
